About Us

Life for my wife, Becca, and me has been a mosaic of challenges, loss, and extraordinary grace. My journey to faith didn’t start until I was 35. Before then, I lived without the hope and guidance that only Christ can provide. But at 35, God saved me, and everything changed—my perspective on love, life, and purpose was transformed forever.

For 34 years, I shared a deep bond with my first wife, who was not just my partner but my best friend.  However, our journey together came to an end when she passed away after a brave battle with breast cancer in 2021. Losing her shook me to my core, but my faith in God held me steady, even as I grieved.

In God’s perfect timing, He brought Becca into my life. She is a remarkable woman from Brazil, full of faith and joy, and a constant reminder of God’s grace, she is my absolute best friend. Our relationship blossomed despite the hurdles of distance and the complications of the visa process. It was a season of waiting, frustration, and leaning entirely on God’s promises. Together, we’ve walked through trials that have tested our faith, and through every challenge, God has strengthened us.

During my time living in Brazil, I faced a new challenge: panic attacks. It was something I never thought I’d experience, but it became a pivotal moment in my journey. In the midst of those overwhelming moments, God gave me the inspiration to develop the 90-Second Calm Reboot, a method to regain peace quickly and naturally. Now, Becca and I are passionate about sharing this tool with others, helping them find calm and strength in difficult times.

I dedicated 15 years to working in a mental hospital, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals navigating challenges such as mental illness, anxiety, low self-esteem, and many other struggles. Beyond my professional work, I’ve also been fortunate to help both family members and friends, offering support and guidance during their times of need. Becca, my wife, spent 22 years as a dedicated school teacher and now continues her passion for education by privately teaching English to individuals seeking to improve their language skills.

Our Christian faith is at the center of everything we do. It guides our choices, sustains us in trials, and fills us with the desire to help others become the best version of themselves. We know that life can be challenging, but with Christ leading and guiding us, there’s nothing we cannot overcome. Through our journey, we aim to share the love and hope of Jesus with others, reminding them that even in the darkest valleys, God is faithful.
