MindHealthRefuge was born out of a deeply personal journey.

In early 2024, while living in Brazil, Dennis experienced his first panic attack. What began as an unsettling moment quickly spiraled into a daily struggle with overwhelming fear and anxiety. But amidst the darkness, he and Becca found hope. Driven by faith and a desire to overcome, they dug deep into biblical principles and natural solutions, eventually creating a simple yet powerful tool—the 90-Second Calm Reboot.

This life-changing method became a lifeline not just for Dennis but for countless others seeking peace in moments of chaos. With renewed purpose, Dennis and Becca founded MindHealthRefuge to share what they had learned. It’s a safe space for those battling anxiety, stress, or simply looking to grow into better versions of themselves.
